While Member States are free to have several coordinators and/or supporting teams there must be one contact person as interlocutor for the Commission (see here for contact details). How do the Commission and the Member States cooperate? The main forum for collaboration is the coordination group, composed of the Commission and the national coordinators (Art.29).
